What does this warranty cover?

Beyond the fact that your watch is Swiss-made (an indicator of quality in itself), its movement is protected by a 3 year warranty. This means that in the unlikely event you encounter any problems, we’ll repair or replace the movement as necessary.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for your watch is 3 years from the date it was initially despatched from our Swiss facility.

What does this warranty not cover?

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Over-winding any hand-wound mechanical watch;
  • Magnetisation of any watch movement;
  • Accidental damage;
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, corrosion or colour, where the function of the product is not affected;
  • Failure to follow the instructions in the user’s manual;
  • Water damage caused by a failure to maintain water resistance as set out in the user’s manual;
  • Straps and bracelets;
  • Deliberate damage or neglect.

What do you have to do?

If you encounter any problems with your watch please contact us at customerservices@tribus-watches.com so we can determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. To do this, we’ll arrange for your watch to be returned to our Swiss factory, whilst keeping you informed every step of the way.
