Unconventional. Dedicated. Unapologetic.

Engineered from 316L stainless steel in Switzerland, this case features brushed and polished surfaces and a PVD gunmetal finish. A screw-down crown ensures it has a water resistance of 15ATM.

Break convention with this yellow dial and boldly contrasting gunmetal indexes. Strictly not for the boring.

Every detail matters. Engineered on both the top and underside, our double domed sapphire crystal offers absolute clarity of the dial from all angles. Its signature convex shape pays homage to the dress watches of the ‘40s and ‘50s – our modern take on retro design.

An exhibition caseback displays the precision engineering within. Because if you've got a Swiss-made automatic movement inside your watch, flaunt it.

Sleek and sophisticated hands add to the personality of this dress watch. Designed with retro influences, finished with modern execution.

A Swiss-made chronometer with dual-time and power reserve complications, this C115 has been rigorously tested by the Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres (COSC) – ranking in the top 6% of all Swiss-made watches for timekeeping precision.

This TRIBUS arrives with a COSC certificate and GMT corrector tool in its own luxury presentation box, piano finished with a push button for easy access. An accompanying warranty card allows you to register your watch and view your online instruction manual. We believe you don’t need to hack down half the Amazon for a physical manual when you can easily download one.

Make an impression with the TRI-03 Power Reserve GMT COSC. Combining a classic aesthetic with dual-time and power reserve functionality, whether you’re travelling for business or that city break, the TRI-03 will always be in its element.

Founded upon the modern-retro aesthetic of the TRIBUS collection, the TRI-03 is one-part classic styling, another part technical brilliance. Its dial is both dressy and functional: a power reserve subdial at 12 o’clock displays what remains of its Soprod C115 movement’s power reserve, while the GMT subdial below allows the tracking of a second timezone. Its GMT hand is operated independently through a mechanism integrated into the TRI-03’s case.

A watch that displays our commitment to Switzerland’s watchmaking capabilities, the TRI-03’s case and movement have been crafted there. Visible through an exhibition caseback, its Soprod C115 movement has also been certified by the famous Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres. It operates in the top 6% of all Swiss-made watches for accuracy, offering precision within -4/+6 seconds per day. The TRI-03 Power Reserve GMT COSC is a piece of engineering that’s as beautiful on the inside as it is out.

Mr B Chapman
Interesting take on gmt watch with reserve

This will be a review, from a watch collector : a new watch is always compared to others in a collection or compared with a unrealistic vision of a perfect watch, especially so when not seen in the flesh and bought from the skill of the photographer and wordsmith.
So on arrival it was with relief it l liked the initial look in the box. Good start.
The mustard yellow dial offset with black markers and hands works, to a point. The gun metal case, nicely done, and black strap, good quality, all works well together. On the wrist it feels right, with a little weight held comfortably on the strap with a solid buckle.

So after an initial 24 hours of happiness of not buying a pig in a poke l became more objective and found little quirks/irritations - perfection never being achieved of course

The dial is not cluttered as could have been the case with both gmt and reserve and slender hands all round create space yet... something bugs me , something subtle l still can't quite pin it down, but when l glance to see the time l have to concentrate, to pick out the hands. Having mulled this over l wonder if it's the black batons being too long, or the hands blending into those batons, or the thinness of those hands. I can't decide. It just feels l have to work to establish the time. Weird.

Continuing on the same theme, do we need each minute broken down into 15sec divisions , this not being a chronograph ? By having these it establishes a visual ring, fine, but the domed sapphire distorts the minute markers , and obliterates the numbers. As l said, quirk or irritation. Do we really need those numbers, and would lume markers not be more useful, especially if the hands had a drop added to the ends. Just a thought.

The reserve subdial is useful, however the bottom half is unused, so the possibility of making it a half circle and freeing up that part of the dial would allow the tribus logo to go there, just tidying up the right side, and the left side, for symmetry can lose the word chronometer. It's not needed.

The gmt subdial is useful, though the numbers could be expanded for clarity if being super picky.

All in all to summarise, a really nice looking watch, eye catching, comfortable, excellent QC. My issues may be purely my issues, and would l swop the gmt function for a big date, probably, but l have no regrets with this watch and l shall adapt. Grin factor - yeah. roll on the next iteration.

Tri-03 in Yellow

I challenged myself with this watch. I wanted bold. I got bold! I can't review the watch in use as Santa has whisked it away. But it looks great, sits brilliantly on my 18cm wrist, and is a genuinely original design. I knew I wasn't getting lume BUT still feel this model would benefit from some nice touches. If the watch holds up well AND the prices are pulled into line - properly- then I'll be keen to see what Tribus bring to market next. A note to add - VERY responsive customer service. A huge plus, and immediately builds confidence when dealing with a new (ish) brand.
