FROM US TO YOU

All TRIBUS watches are dispatched, postage paid, from our facility in the UK or Switzerland. We use a number of delivery companies/couriers and a signature will be required to ensure safe receipt.

You can expect the following delivery times via the Royal Mail service :

UK: 1-2 working days

Europe & North America:5-7 working days

Rest of the World: 7-14 working days

Please note that during the global pandemic many postal services are experiencing delays. Please use these timeframes as an estimate.

GETTING YOUR ORDER

When we dispatch your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This will contain tracking information that will update at each stage of your order’s journey. (Just received the email, but details aren’t displaying yet? Try again slightly later – these can take a little while to update.)

Any watch will be shipped on a signed for service, i.e. a signature will be required to confirm your order has arrived safely.

NO SIGNATURE NO DELIVERY

If you’re not in when your order is due to be delivered, a calling card will be left. You’ll need to bring that to your local post office or depot so that you can collect your order. Alternatively, you may be contacted with new delivery options (an alternative address, a different day, etc).

By the way, we don’t deliver on Sundays or bank holidays. Those are days of rest and the delivery people deserve a day off too.

IMPORT DUTY/TAX

Please be aware that should any import fees be requested on delivery, you will be liable for these charges. As import duties and taxes can vary across the world, we suggest checking with your local tax or customs office for estimates.

RETURNS

So you’ve received your new TRIBUS watch, but decided it’s not for you (we don’t know who’s more disappointed right now). In this case, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it to us for a full refund.

To organise a return, please contact our Customer Services team. One of our colleagues will then discuss the next steps of the return process, providing you with instructions and a returns label. Please don’t send back any orders without contacting our team first – they’ll take care of everything.

Once your returned item has arrived at our UK facility, it’ll be inspected by one of our team. Please remember that items must be returned in box-new condition under the terms of our warranty – i.e. in its original packaging, with any films, tags and certificates that came with it.

We’ll be in contact once your return has arrived. We’ll then look to issue a refund within 14 days. Funds will be refunded back onto the original method of payment, i.e. debit or credit card, Paypal etc.

FANCY SOMETHING
DIFFERENT?

Have your eye on a different TRIBUS release? Swapping one new model for another can be arranged. When you contact our Customer Services team, they’ll arrange for the original item to be returned to our UK facility for inspection. Once all checks are complete, a full refund will be issued provided the item has been returned to our specification. This will then allow you to place a new order via our website.
