A BLOODY
DISGRACE

Churchill once said, "history is written by the victors”. Yet even those on the winning side can be denied recognition. CREATING A
LEGACY

Working with Laguna’s Spitfire Legacy, we want to help raise awareness of this injustice. Proceeds from each TRI-05 sold are being used to help restore the excavated remains of P8331 to airworthy condition, allowing future generations to learn about the vital part 18,000 Polish men and women had in changing the outcome of the Second World War.

FOR OUR FREEDOM
AND YOURS

Over a century’s worth of Polish aeronautical history feature in the TRI-05’s design: the Kosciuszko badge of 303 Squadron; the Polish Air Force’s red and white chequerboard; and Poland’s motto, ‘Za naszą i waszą wolność’, engraved on glass. Its fitting meaning: 'for our freedom and yours’.

HISTORY HAS NEVER
BEEN CLOSER

P8331 and Laguna’s final flight together took place on 27th June 1941, when P8331 was struck by a German anti-aircraft shell. Piotr was killed whilst attempting to bail, before P8331 crash-landed in boggy French farmland. It remained there until its excavation 45 years later. A disc of its recovered arming panel features inside the TRI-05 – every rust mark tells a story of bravery, every bullet hole a tale of resilience and every inch echoes the sound of 18,000 unheard voices.
