Loyalty. The French were onto something when they came up with the word in the 15th century. ‘A strong feeling of allegiance and support’, they said, and at TRIBUS we appreciate the sentiment. We want to reward those that care about what we do, in turn repaying them for their dedication. The result: our own scheme, TRIBUS Rewards.




Simply put, it depends!

Starting out as a Bronze member, for every £1 you spend, you’ll earn 5 TRIBUS points. Let’s say you spend £1000 – that’s 5000 TRIBUS points right there.

The more you spend with us, the more points you’ll ultimately earn as you progress through the tiers from Bronze up to Platinum. After all, it’s only fair to reward our regular customers for their loyalty! See how it works below:

There are multiple ways, all of which can be viewed within the TRIBUS Rewards tab. However:
  • By creating an account
  • By signing up to our newsletter
  • By browsing our site
  • By following us on social media
  • By placing an order
  • By referring a friend
  • By leaving us a product review on our website. Following the arrival of your watch you will receive a feedback email, all you need to do is follow the steps and the points will be awarded to your account.
  • By celebrating your birthday! Once you’ve registered with TRIBUS Rewards, you’ll need to add your birthday into the Happy Birthday section found in the ‘Earn Points’ tab. We’ll then gift you some points to celebrate the big day.

Scroll down to the bottom of this page – there’s a sign-up box. Come and ‘Subscribe to email’!

Refer someone and you’ll receive 5000 TRIBUS points when they make their first purchase; they’ll also receive a special introductory reward. In the TRIBUS Rewards menu above, click on the ‘Refer friends’ tab. You’ll receive a unique link that you can share with anyone you like (friends, family, even enemies!). When someone clicks on the link, they’ll be taken to the homepage of our website. A window will appear, supplying a code for a 10% discount that can be redeemed against their first order. There’s an option to ‘Apply Discount’ – this will automatically remember the saving at checkout. Alternatively, this generated code can be copied for safe keeping, but needs to be entered into the ‘Discount code’ box at checkout for the saving to be applied. Once somebody uses your referral link to make their first purchase, 5000 TRIBUS points will appear in your account. Simple!

So you’ve decided that you’re ready to purchase a watch from our site, the one you’d like to buy is in your cart and you have TRIBUS Rewards ready to go. Don’t you love it when a plan comes together…
  • Head to the checkout section of the website, filling out your details as appropriate along the way.
  • Once you reach the ‘Payment’ screen, you’ll find a ‘Redeem Points’ section on the right-hand side of the page. A slider will allow you to select how many of your points you’d like to use (you can use as many or few as you’d like).
  • Click the ‘apply’ button – you should see the value of your points deducted from your order. Easy!

Please note: Please note your Rewards points must be used towards one of our watches - straps are excluded.

If you’re looking to apply your TRIBUS Rewards points whilst ordering on a mobile device, please click ‘Show order summary’ at the information stage of checkout. A ‘Redeem points’ dropdown box will appear, allowing you to select how many points you’d like to apply towards your order.

We don’t allow the use of TRIBUS Rewards alongside any other promotion at checkout. Any set promotion on an item will take precedent over any Rewards you have. Please note your points must be used towards one of our watches (straps are excluded). 
Unfortunately not. If you’d like to redeem any of the points you’ve earned, you’ll need to check out using another of our supported payment methods.

Yes. If you cancel your order or request a refund, any TRIBUS Rewards points earned from the associated order will automatically be removed from your account. If somebody you referred also cancels their order or requests a refund, any Rewards points you earned will be withdrawn too.
